Position Overview:
The Busser/Runner is responsible for delivering high-quality service to members and guests in the dining room, bar, banquet, and patio areas. The ideal candidate will anticipate members’ needs and help ensure that every dining experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Uphold and reflect the standards and culture of the country club in all interactions.
- Clear tables.
- Polish silverware.
- Take food out to tables.
- Helping servers with member needs.
- Maintain dining area.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights.
